Burkert 6013 Solenoid Valve

Burkert 6013 Solenoid Valve 2/2 way Direct Acting

Valve 6013 is a direct-acting plunger valve. The stopper and plunger guide tube are welded together to enhance pressure resistance and leak-tightness. Various seal material combinations are available depending on the application. A Bürkert-specific flange design (SFB) enables space-saving arrangement of valves on a manifold. The coils are moulded with polyamide or with chemically resistant epoxy. Pulse coils and 'Kick and Drop' electronics are available for overexcitation (plug 2511) for the reduction of electrical power consumption during operation. Optional manual actuation enables quick commissioning and easy maintenance.

2/2 Way Diaphragm Valve

Explosion Proof – Servo-Assisted 2/2 way Diaphragm Valve – Burkert Type 6281

The Burkert type 6281 2/2 Way Diaphragm Valve is a servo-assisted solenoid valve of the S.EV series. A minimum differential pressure is always required for the function of the valve. Various diaphragm material combinations and methods of operation are available depending on the application. The standard brass housing satisfies all European drinking water requirements. Dezincification-resistant brass is available for other markets. The housing offering is rounded out by a stainless steel version. For reduced energy requirement, all coils can be delivered with electronic power reduction. The valve can be equipped with manual override for easy maintenance and commissioning. In combination with a plug in accordance with DIN EN 175301 - 803 Form A, the valves satisfy protection class IP65 – in combination with a stainless steel housing NEMA 4X.

Hazardous Area Classification – Servo-Assisted 2/2 way Diaphragm Valve – Burkert Type 290

The Burkert Type 0290 valve is a Hazardous Area Classification servo-assisted diaphragm valve of the S.EV series. The valve opens without differential pressure. The opening process is facilitated by the fix coupling of the diaphragm to the magnetic core. The integrated ‘soft-kick’ function ensures gentle opening. Various diaphragm materials are available depending on the actual application. Stainless steel body variants complete the offering. The solenoid coils are molded with a chemically resistant epoxy. A 'kick and drop' electronics assembly is molded into the coil of all DC variants to reduce electrical power consumption. In combination with a plug to DIN EN 175301-803 Form A, the valves satisfy degree of protection IP65 – and NEMA 4X when combined with a stainless steel body.

A Solenoid valve is essentially an electrically operated valve and are idea for process control and other systems requiring electronic actuation. Slight variations exist, but at it’s core is a coil which is energized to create an electromagnet. The magnetic field drives a plunger to open the valve. Some valves require existing pressure to perform and therefore the solenoid is part of the balance between pressure and magnetic force. Other types do not require any pressure to function.
