Portable Oxygen Monitor for Trace Dissolved Oxygen
The portable AMI INSPECTOR is a complete monitoring system mounted on a small panel with supporting stand and a rechargeable battery for stand-alone operation, designed as an inspection equipment for quality assurance of online, trace oxygen process monitors.

Portable Oxygen Monitor Features:

  • Measurement range:
    • 0.01ppb to 20ppm O2 (at 25°C) or
    • 0 to 200% saturation
  • Complete portable system mounted on small, aluminum panel.
  • Transmitter AMI INSPECTOR Oxygen in a rugged aluminum enclosure (IP 66).
  • Swansensor Oxytrace G with three electrode setup (cathode, anode and guard) and integrated NT5k temperature sensor.
  • Flow cell QV-Flow PMMA OTG made of acrylic glass with needle valve and digital sample flow meter.
  • Rechargeable battery for stand-alone operation.
  • Carrying case
  • USB Stick for data logging.
  • Factory tested, ready for installation and operation.
  • Rechargeable battery for stand-alone operation for at least 24 hours.

  • Transmitter in aluminum housing (IP 66) with 2 relays as limit switch or controller or timer, 1 alarm relay as summary alarm contact, 1 input for potential-free contact. Including USB Interface with 1 signal output for measuring value or for continuous control.
  • Flow cell QV-Flow PMMA OTG made of acrylic glass with needle valve and digital sample flow meter.
  • Swansensor Oxytrace G with three electrode setup (cathode, anode and guard) and integrat-ed NT5k temperature sensor.
  • Rechargeable battery for stand-alone operation of at least 24 hours.
  • Big LC display for the reading of measuring value, sample temperature, sample flow, operating status and battery charge condition.
  • Easy user menus in English, German, French and Spanish. Simple programming of all parameters by keypad.

  • Data logger for 1’500 data records stored at a selectable interval. One current output (0/4 – 20 mA) for measured signal.
