All Delta Dewpoint Sample Systems, Series DDSS, come complete with the following: Enameled steel or stainless steel mounting plate with 4 mounting holes, inlet and outlet bulkhead tube fittings, inlet isolation valve, pressure regulator, pressure gauge and sample cell. Two basic models are available, the DDSS-D for monitoring dewpoints at line pressure, or the DDSS-A for measuring at atmospheric pressure. Available ranges include: PPMv, PPBv, or lb/106 Ft3 . Each is supplied with all-stainless steel, glass, or PTFE wetted parts.
Numerous options are available for customizing these systems to individual plant requirements. The drawings above and on the next page show some typical systems. The model above shows the basic system set for dewpoint monitoring, with the following options: inlet filter with manual drain valve, flowmeter, instrument built on the DDSS panel, and a NEMA 4X enclosure.
This enclosure can also be supplied with an optional Z-purge for Class 1, Division 2 applications. The drawing on page two shows the basic DDSS with the inlet filter with drain valve and flowmeter options. With an optional high-pressure regulator, either of these systems can be supplied suitable for sample pressures up to 3000 PSIG.
