Why Gas Accuracy is Essential

Calibration Gas has to be precise in it’s composition to allow accurate comparative testing of gas detection equipment. The precise amount of each gas is used to determine the functionality of both personal and fixed gas analyzers. For example; H2S Gas in Nitrogen could be used to determine if the gas detector does indeed detect H2S. Test failure may indicate the need to replace internal sensors or instrument adjustment.

Aluminium Cylinders are used for gasses like, Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), and Chlorine (Cl2)

Our cal gases come in a variety of cylinder sizes and configurations. Depending on the type of gasses, different materials are used. Steel Cylinders are typically used for Methane, Propane, Isobutylene, Carbon Dioxide (CO2), and different combinations of Oxygen and Nitrogen.

Aluminium Cylinders are used for gasses like, Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), and Chlorine (Cl2)

Other accessories are available for Gas Cylinders including LPM regulators, trigger regulators, pressure demand regulators, carrying cases and mini flowmeters.
