Back Pressure Regulator

The Back Pressure Regulator is designed to ensure a stable sample flow rate, guaranteeing reliable and accurate measurement results.

  • Available in one, two, three or four port configurations.

  • Stable Flow Rates: This regulator maintains consistent flow rates to instruments, even when the sample flow is variable, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of measurements.

  • Relief Valve Function: It also functions as a relief valve, capable of handling short-term flow rates of up to 600 l/h, providing additional safety and flexibility.

  • Durable Construction: Constructed from high-quality stainless steel SS316L, the regulator is built to withstand harsh conditions and ensure long-lasting performance.

  • Multiple Connections: The regulator features one sample inlet, one overflow outlet, and four outlets for instrument connections. The overflow outlet is also conveniently designed for grab sampling, enhancing operational efficiency.

  • Pressure Indicator: It includes a stainless steel outlet pressure indicator with a range of 0 to 2.5 bar, allowing for easy monitoring of pressure levels.

  • Shut-Off Valves: Each of the four sample outlets is equipped with a shut-off valve, eliminating the need for separate grab sample valves and simplifying the system’s operation.

  • Swagelok Fittings: The sample inlet and outlets are equipped with ⅛” female threads and come with Swagelok fittings for ¼” tubing (inlet: angle, outlets: straight), ensuring secure and reliable connections.
