This analyzer is designed for the automatic and continuous measurement of acid cation conductivity in feedwater, steam, and condensate systems.

  • Conductivity Measurement: It accurately measures conductivity after passing through a cation exchanger, ensuring precise monitoring of water quality.

  • Precision Sensors: The analyzer features two precision conductivity sensors with a slot-lock design and an integrated Pt1000 temperature probe, providing reliable and consistent measurements.

  • Cation Exchanger Replacement: The cation exchanger is easy to replace, allowing for minimal downtime and efficient maintenance.

  • Automatic Deaeration: The system includes an automatic deaeration feature for the cation exchanger, enhancing measurement accuracy by eliminating air bubbles.

  • Optional Pre-Rinse Setup: An optional pre-rinse setup is available, enabling instantaneous resin exchange and ensuring that the system is ready for use immediately after maintenance.

  • Factory Tested: The analyzer is thoroughly tested at the factory and comes fully prepared for installation and operation, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free setup.
